Tom is the Founder and President of the Board of WorldWise Microfinance and is the recipient of the 2025 NonProfit Leader of the Year award from InBusiness Magazine. Prior to his retirement, he taught classes on sustainability at UW. Tom has been at the forefront of business and sustainability for the last thirty years, developing academic degree programs in sustainability at UW Madison, and founding and serving as the Executive Director of the WI Sustainable Business Council. He has written and spoken extensively on the changing role of business in society, the power of microfinance, and on how the private sector must lead when the public sector is unable. Tom holds a law degree from George Washington University, a Master’s in Public Administration from UW’s Lafollette Institute, and, prior to law school, was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines. |

For ten seasons, Amanda has coached Girls on the Run, empowering young girls to build confidence, resilience, and recognize their own “star power.” She also proudly supports the arts in her community. As United States of America’s Ms. Dane County, Amanda’s mission is to empower women, inspire confidence, and uplift everyone—proving that service, education, and heart make a difference right here at home. |

She currently serves as General Manager of Sun Prairie Utilities, where she oversees operations, regulatory compliance, financial strategy, and long-term planning. Jill has led multi-million-dollar organizations and driven initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and customer engagement. Her previous leadership roles include Stoughton Utilities, Alliant Energy, Jefferson Utilities, and consulting roles in the private sector. She holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has been a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Wisconsin since 2004.
