The first Rotary Club Highway Cleanup project of this season took place on Saturday, May 12th, along Highway 151 between Reiner Road and Main Street in Sun Prairie. The volunteers made an impressive haul that morning with 34 large bags of trash. Shown above in the first row are Sam Searles, Toni Pabon, Rich Holsinger, Laura Jennings, and Anne Weber. In the second row are Sarah Searles, Steve Olson, Chad Wiedmeyer and Mark Chin. Not shown is Andy Bissonnette. Mr. Chin is a member of the Sun Prairie Optimists Club, and this marked the first project where the clubs are planning on inter-club cooperation and providing mutual assistance.
